Shipping
Most of our products have a 5-7 business day handling time to dispatch. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We use Australia Post eParcel as well as a number of courier services depending on the size of your order. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Some of our products come from third party suppliers and if this affects the handling time of your order you will receive an email the next business day advising the lead time of your order. We will notify you ASAP if any item is out of stock and you will have an option to cancel your order. If your order is urgent, just let us know and we will do what we can to help.

Our standard $15 shipping rate is applied to all orders below $150.
FREE shipping over $150
We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $150.
Delivery timeframes
Generally, within Australia, orders should be delivered within 3-7 business days of your order being placed.
Authority to leave
Orders shipped via Australia Post will generally be taken to the post office or left in a safe place if you are not home to receive the parcel. If the parcel is taken to the nearest Post Office a card will be left to notify you it needs to be collected. The driver will only leave a parcel if they deem it safe to do so and Australia Post records via a photo and geo-location all deliveries left in a safe place.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please ensure that you check your order as soon as it is received.
If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please contact us by email, including photographs of the item. It is important that this occurs within the Warranty Period so that any issues can be dealt with promptly. It also important that you have checked the items prior to an installer or tradesperson opening the parcel.
